Our policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To be eligible for return, If you get any defective or wrong product then only you can ask for equivalent exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as it depends on weight of the product and location. For return we are going to charge a shipping amount which will be quoted by our team.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over RS1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you get any wrong or damage product in WATCH, SUNGLASS, AIRPODS/EARBUDS/SMART WATCHES, SHOES OR FLATS, we can only exchange it.
If you get any defective or wrong product in Men’s Wallet then only replacement available

If you want to exchange your product again, we will ask for additional amount from you.
On second time, if you are going for exchange of any product from any category there will be charges we will charge. There is no fixed amount on charges it will vary due to weight of the product and your location.
